Deb Mattox, Caroline, and the whole branch staff ( both locations) have been outstanding for the 12 years we've been doing business with National Bank of the LowCountry, CBC, and now FFBF. I recently had many questions about my accounts. When I called, I spoke to Debbie Mattox and she went above and beyond to help me with what I needed help with. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating, never too busy to assist a customer with their banking needs. Highly recommended!

I have been banking with First Federal for over 2 decades now, and never felt the desire to bank anywhere else. There is no comparison to the customer service. From the tellers to the bank managers , they respond immediately to my questions or concerns. I will continue to recommend this bank to friends and family .
We're so happy with the service at First Federal Bank - both the Port Royal and Ladies Island branches! The staff is always so friendly, prompt and helpful to accommodate all our banking and notary needs! We recommend them highly!!!

5-Star Personal Service! Online banking is convenient and I use it often, but the highest level of security is working with a banker who knows my face. The staff at Lady's Island FFB is top flight.
The service here is the absolute best! Always helpful and accommodating. We’ll worth changing to this bank.
