The folks at FFBF on Ladys Island are great. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and they are always willing to answer questions. There are very few businesses where the staff not only knows your name but also that of your dog (and have a treat waiting). I always feel like I am a valued customer. The quick response time to emails or voice messages is much appreciated. Thank you,

My husband and I have always been pleased by the helpful and courteous staff at First Federal Bank on Ladys Island. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients needs. It is great to have a hometown bank that can meet all our banking needs. It’s a great financial find in our town.

We’ve stayed with First Federal Bank, Lady’s Island, SC through all of it’s changes and the transformation of financial services because of the consistency of personal service to us. That consistency/personal service has become a lost virtue among many of our other business contacts.

Debbie Mattox is so delightful to work with. We setup a new business account yesterday and she efficiently went through all of the setup with us so that we were ready to go. We still have one missing piece of information she needs but she made sure all else was ready and we could send the missing info to her electronically. Great service.
