Dustin was absolutely horrible in his customer service and lied the entire time while getting our loan. He constantly wanted a pat on the back while he drug the process of us getting a loan out over 2 months. He kept saying we would close on this day and left the seller, our realtor, and our family in the blind only to consistenty change the date. If it was not for my realtor, we would not have been able to get the house. Avoid at all cost, our first time buying a house was chaotic, miserable, and extremely stressful because of Dustin. Run away.
