We had a rough go at the beginning of our house hunt. We were targeted by a questionable lender with a high rate. After working with our realtor and explaining that the house was great but the payment was going to be out of reach. He sent us to Harlyn and when I say he surprised me that is an understatement. Harlyn got our rate from a 4.5 to a 2.75 without a fight or some refinance scheme. He got us a really good VA lender and into our house without even a hint of the dread we had harbored to include closing costs. Now we have our ten acres and a house after 6 years of credit recovery. It's almost unbelievable the man is a beast at mortgages.

Can I give 10 stars? These guys certainly deserve it. To say we knew nothing about buying a home is an understatement. We decided to try buying a home in 2021 thinking it would be all "sunshine and rainbows". If you're at all familiar with the state of the market these days then you know what a hard time it has been for many prospective buyers. It is VERY competitive. Although looking for our house was stressful and long, the process of obtaining financing was RIDICULOUSLY fast and easy. Our loan officer Micah pretty much held our hand through the entire process. He explained things clearly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Micah introduced us to options we didn't know we could take which eventually lead to our home purchase. Right from pre approval we received a list of documents we'd need to provide our lender from start to finish. Having this information available to us so early made underwriting a breeze. No running around and no last minute surprises at closing. Charinity, our document processor was so kind and always willing to answer my calls. If she needed anything she was quick and to the point. Her work was integral to getting us to the finish line. We closed EARLY!! The amount of work Micah and Charinity put in behind the scenes is just crazy. They both were a treasure trove of information and TRULY cared about helping us achieve our dream. If you've been waiting for a sign to tell you who to choose, this is it! Call them! NOW!
