I just completed a refinance with Kerrick Draper at Waterstone and it was an excellent experience. Kerrick was great to work with and timely with all communications. Waterstone's digital tools were easy to use for document review and signatures and the closing was speedy and efficient. I will highly recommend Kerrick and Waterstone to anyone I know that is seeking a new or refinanced mortgage.

Zero communication. We were told the day before closing at 4 pm that they wouldn’t have the loan ready to close because they moved title companies. We were not told they were moving title companies until the day before we were scheduled to close either. We had already had all our belongings loaded into a semi trailer and in transit. Joey was the loan officer.

From day one Kerrick was great at communicating each step of the loan process and it went very smooth. A lot of documentation was requested but that’s pretty normal when purchasing a home. He even gave me his cell number and told me to text him anytime day or night with questions. He was very professional from the very beginning and I would highly recommend using Waterstone for your mortgage needs.

Kerrick is great at what he does. Our refinance went great. They are quick and knowledgeable and this process was smooth and one of the easiest mortgages we've ever had! Highly recommend!
