US Mortgage has been involved from the day 1 when I decided to buy a home in Oklahoma. As a Veteran of the United States Air Force, I am so grateful for all the help & support I received from the Professional Team at US Mortgage & would highly recommend them to First Time Buyers or anyone whose interested in finding the home that suits their needs.
Amber was absolutely amazing! You can tell she loves her clients and what she does as she continued to go above and beyond for us all through the whole process. Amber has a great attitude and I'm truly happy we had her on our side to see this through. I 100% recommend Amber and also her assistant Miranda. They are rockstars.

1- They processed the WRONG LOAN TYPE and did not indicate as much until days before my closing date 2- A VP from the company had to take over my account so I wouldn’t take legal action 3- I had to find places to live for 5 weeks as my closing date got pushed back so they could hurriedly correct their mistake 4- At closing, they sent the same woman who hosed my original loan, and she didn’t even have the emotional maturity or professional accountability to take responsibility for how her error impacted my situation 5- They sold my loan to another company 5 months after I moved in, and that new company insisted I pay $150 more per month to create a build up of escrow in case of emergencies, which I could barely afford 6- US Mortgage continues to send me refi solicitations despite the fact that I have emphatically insisted they take me off their marketing list, as I would NEVER do business with them again Finding a company that will finance small home loans is difficult. But it’s worth your money, time, and sanity to keep looking
