Nancy Miller Woods evaluated two properties for me for refi purposes. Conclusion was to NOT refi, because the math wasn't right. That's INTEGRITY. She didn't churn the loans to get fees, she did what was best for the customer...ME! I highly recommend her.
We had a great experience with Jeremy at US Mortgage! We had previously started out with someone else at a different company and just had so many problems with communication and getting stuff going. When we switched over to Jeremy he immediately got to work with our stuff and always had great communication and response time back to us. He helped us get into our new home and I couldn’t be more thankful!
Everything was very easy using the app and Dianne and everyone I worked with was very prompt and helpful.
Amber and her assistant were amazing because they explained everything to us as we were going thru the process. Any questions we had were answered immediately and thoroughly. We had some work to do on credit in the beginning and Amber was extremely helpful and knowledgeable thru that as well. We so appreciate her and we'll tell anyone that'll listen how amazing our experience has been. Thank you so much
