Our first homebuying experience went very smoothly, no doubt because of Linda and the rest of the Ruoff team playing a major role! Highly recommend working with Linda Riley. She answered all of our questions and continued working with us even after I had an unexpected job change midway through our application process. Our closing was very efficient with most of it being done electronically. Thank you all.

Absolutely phenomenal to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had no clue what I was getting myself into (even with the copious amounts of research I did beforehand). Lori Horney was my Loan Officer and she was so present throughout the whole process and made sure I was up to date on every part of the loan process. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was well versed on each option I had available to me. Also, the app used for the loan process made everything perfectly smooth and clear as to where you stood. Would recommend them a thousand and one times. Great company to work with!
