I went VA though my bank and they couldn't guarantee that they could get VA inspector to the home we were buying in 30 days, so we chose Ruoff because our Relator said Lori Horney and Heather Coy could get it done. These two women are literally subject matter experts in their fields and are probably the best in the State of Indiana. They answered every text, email and phone call I sent them...they took all the stress of the home buying process away. I would given Ruoff a 5 star rating, but they sold my loan as soon as the ink dried, which we requested not to happen. Ruoff Mortage could certainly do better by their people if they know they are going to sell their loan off, so they can inform their clients. Sure it's their right to sell, but we requested not to sell. My family would sincerely thank Lori and Heather at the Warsaw office for going above and beyond for us. Thank you!! Mike and Lynn
