I've worked with Natasha, Stacey and Kacey. All are very professional and very helpful. But there best attribute has always been the willingness to answer to phone or to call you back quickly.

I couldn't have possibly had a better first time home buying experience. Kasey went above and beyond to ensure everything went as quickly and smoothly as possible, even with small hiccups that occurred on my end. She made herself available and worked everything around MY schedule. The process at Ruoff is easy and I highly recommend using their services for mortgage lending, especially if you are buying for the first time.
