Steve and his team we on top of getting everything handled! We were nervous about the loan process and had such an easy and wonderful outcome! Any questions wether loan related or home related we were able to go to them and get an answer and reassurance quickly! Ruoff made it a quick and easy process and we are grateful for that! Managing their clients and their needs is a tough thing to do but the Ruoff team went above and beyond to make purchasing possible!

They were all great people to deal with. They moved in a very timely manner I was able to close on my house in 3 weeks! They made sure I understood all aspects of the loan and I was able to get into contact with them very easily every time I had a question. Great company highly recommend.
