I had called another mortgage company in Kokomo Indiana. They were not very helpful. When I called Ruoff Mortgage Amy went straight to work and went above and beyond to help me and my family to move into our beautiful home. I also worked with Ruoff Mortgage in Marion and they were amazing as well. I appreciated all their fast paced work, professionalism and friendliness. I was kept in the loop of every process. I was very lost going into the house buying process, but Skye (Marion office) made sure I understood everything and was very helpful!! She was quick to answer anything I would text her about!! Made the whole process less stressful!! Would definitely recommend her!!

I loved the fact that Jennifer was always at the ready with answers to all my questions and she was wonderful to work with! Jennifer went over and beyond to help my family feel comfortable in this process and she puts my mind at ease knowing if I come into questions she will be there ready to help!
