Skye from Ruoff is amazing!!! She is the quickest and answered every question I had and actually cared to helped me understand the whole process. Took less than 3 weeks from start to finish! Also a great company as a whole! Will always go here for my future financing needs.

Had the best experience refinancing my home through Ruoff. Melissa offers excellent customer service by answer all my crazy questions. She made refinancing easy. It was nice having a financial institution see me as a person not just an account number.
