I had called another mortgage company in Kokomo Indiana. They were not very helpful. When I called Ruoff Mortgage Amy went straight to work and went above and beyond to help me and my family to move into our beautiful home. I also worked with Ruoff Mortgage in Marion and they were amazing as well. I appreciated all their fast paced work, professionalism and friendliness. I was kept in the loop of every process.
