We called Kirk about a house he was selling. We didn't buy that house but we did sign up with Kirk as our realtor. It was the best decision we could have made! He referred us to a mortgage company that got us pre-approved quickly. From there, we started looking at houses and Kirk was by our side at each one, pointing out the pros and cons as we asked. We never once felt pressured to put in an offer. When we finally found the right house, our offer was rejected but Kirk worked behind the scenes and was able to find a deal that benefited everyone involved. We have never felt so well taken care of as we have during this home buying process! What we thought would be a stressful journey has actually been smooth sailing. We can't recommend Kirk and his company enough!

I received a postcard in the mail and it states he will sell your home guaranteed. We can honestly say, Kirk and Company beat our expectations. We had our home on the market two years ago and we did not get any offers. We had 7 offers in 3 days, all above asking price! He is very knowledgeable, confident, professional and efficient in what he does. If you want your home sold and a realtor who works for you, give him a call you won't regret it!! Being a client of Kirk & Company has been a great experience. Finding them was completely on accedent as my mom sent me links to listings for homes to move. She gave me a link that sent me to Kirk & Co's site and the rest is history. My wife and I were first time home buyers and they helped us every step of the way. Started looking in June and now moving in Augest. Great service at no cost to us.
