I was given a presentation that included what the company does both for the client and the community. There was a real feel of community. I like that! Everything I had verbalized in my conversation prior to coming into the office was addressed in the presentation. I currently lived in Illinois and was looking for a home in Indiana. I didn't know any of the "rules" for purchasing in IN, but Kirk & Company literally walked me through everything, all the way through closing. There were times I was frustrated with the process, but I could always reach out with questions and end up being reassured that things would work out. I received some kind of communication from them every week, without fail. I was referred to Kirk & Co. by a business associate who had been trying to get me to buy a home in IN for several years. I am so glad I listened. I now own my own home in IN, and am so glad that I had Kirk & Co to help me. They were family from beginning to end. I felt special and valued as a client and customer.

What do I like about this company ? Well there’s a lot I can say (in a good way that is) , I worked with Shameka and from day one we had a connection. I met with Kirk shortly after meeting Shameka and I was highly impressed with his presentation of his company and his work. The devotion the team has, the loyalty, the education they give you while undergoing the process of a new home. I mean you couldn’t ask for more. They are very patient when looking for a home, you’re not hounded or pressured. They work with your timing. Communication is ON POINT. Especially with Shameka (she’s awesome) ! Closing so far has been an easy process, I’m satisfied and I will recommend my people to work with Kirk & Company on a search for a new home!

Kirk and his Company are awesome. Heard of their company from family and I knew when my husband I were ready to buy a home we would go to him. Kirk gave us extensive knowledge in buying a home, since we were first time homebuyers. He was very patient in searching for a home for us. Once we found our home we made an offer and it was the first offer we made on a home since looking, and our offer was accepted even though someone outbid us by 10,000. So Kirk and his team are great even when we ran into a few snags in closing, Debbie his Processer help us get everything in order. I'm glad we chose Kirk and his team.
