I attempted to sell my home on my own for over a year. While I had several that were interested in my home, I could not secure a buyer. I spoke with Kirk and he made me a seling offer that I could not refuse. After Kirk and Company listed my home within 1 week I was flooded with viewers, within 3 weeks I had an offer and within 30 days a buyer. Totally satisfied with the offer because I got just what I asked for. I am a woman of faith...God blessed Kirk with the gift to sell and to be a blessing to so many. I thank Kirk, Debbie and his team for being a great group of professionals to work with.🙌🏾 Look forward to using them again.

If you want someone to help you find a home that you want then this is the company. No pressure to buy at all. Very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Communication from them was exceptional. If I ever decide to sell my home and purchase a new one I will go with this company without a doubt.

Was a little worried about moving across the state line because I have very little free time when I’m home from work. Kirk and company took complete care of everything. Both my wife and I were stress free, and they always answered every question in a timely fashion. Highly recommended to everyone.

My very first visit at the office of Kirk and Company Real Estate was what convinced me I was in the right place. I was given a presentation that included what the company does both for the client and the community. There was a real feel of community. I like that! Everything I had verbalized in my conversation prior to coming into the office was addressed in the presentation. I currently lived in Illinois and was looking for a home in Indiana. I didn't know any of the "rules" for purchasing in IN, but Kirk & Company literally walked me through everything, all the way through closing. There were times I was frustrated with the process, but I could always reach out with questions and end up being reassured that things would work out. I received some kind of communication from them every week, without fail. I was referred to Kirk & Co. by a business associate who had been trying to get me to buy a home in IN for several years. I am so glad I listened. I now own my own home in IN, and am so glad that I had Kirk & Co to help me. They were family from beginning to end. I felt special and valued as a client and customer.
