I have a 2022 and had Full Coverage someone tried to still my car It was towed to the lot and when I asked about Mt rental car I was told it wasn't in my policy there's no way in the he'll I got Full coverage without rental.
No notification of cancellation, locked us out of our account.
Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jennifer she was impressive with her knowledge on the situation I was having and was able to walk me through everything step by step with out a hesitation..you can definitely tell she has done this before and her customer service was impeccable.i wish all customer service reps can be like her.if I have anymore questions she will be the person I would look for as should you..good job Jennifer keep up the amazing work !

I love Geico. I've been a customer since 2018, but this office is insane. I requested a web quote for motorcycle insurance. I don't even own the bike yet. I have 10 missed calls from 11/28 to 12/15. I declined 8 of them, yet they continue to call. I already use Geico/Travelers for home and auto. I will use them when I buy my bike. When I have my bike, I will call you. Stop calling me.
Jennifer was more then helpful. She not only answered my questions about insurance but gave me awesome news about my coverage that I didn’t even know about. And helped me paid less. Great customer service. Thank you
