I had an accident back in 2020 and nothing was ever taken care of insurance wise, now its 2023 and I’m still dealing with these people not doing their jobs, I was under the impression that insurance companies are to help the customers, not screw them over.
Jennifer was great at making sure that I understood what I was purchasing.
the customer service is amazing! I spoke with jennifer and she is patient and understanding. She made sure I was happy with my plan and explained everything in detail.
They promised my new car would only increase my premium by $16 per month and it increased by $32 month.
they are a rip off, been with them for years no accidents ever!! and they raise my rates over 200 dollars, I'm done with them!!
Clinton was awesome with helping me feet a quick quote and on navigating the process to adjust a policy to meet my needs. Awesome service-thanks!
