Strangely angry man with grey hair, no glasses, no mustache or beard showed up and while claiming a jump start wouldn't help my car (he refused to jump me 5 times) kept telling "but I'm not a mechanic". Had cables connected to my car for less than 20 seconds before declaring "See? I told you it wouldn't work!" Then he angerly got back in his truck and drove off, I was glad he left, he was creepy and angry from the moment he got here. As someone who has jumped my own car and had many jumps with different cars in the past, I know it takes more than 20 seconds for a proper jumpstart. They need to fire this guy. It's rare to meet someone this unprofessional.

May 17, 2024After reading your response and reviewing the call, your insurance company requested for us to respond to your call for a jump start. When we arrived on scene we had to wait on scene for 5-10 minutes for your to come outside. In the meantime Mike placed a jump start pack on the battery it read 12 volts and it did not start before you came out. When you came out he proceeded to tell you the car is not going to start, he already had the jump starting unit on and you were not accepting that for an answer. So he even then put the actual jump cables and jump starter on the car together and it still didn't start. At this time our service call that was paid for by your insurance company our contracted service w/ them was done. We cannot continue to do anymore work w/out authorization from them so you would've had to call them and request a tow and they would send another dispatch out. Then we would receive another purchase order number and do the next call. This is how it works when you use motor club or insurance for towing dispatch. I believe Jamie from our dispatch explained the situation to you. We are not there to "charge" your battery only attempt to start your car. As for Mike being creepy and angry I guess your attitude towards him was not very nice when he was telling you the jump start was not going to work. He runs multiple jump starts a day and knows what he is doing. He has worked for us for over 3 years has multiple good reviews w/in the 900+ we have. I always do my due diligence for ignorant review who tell me to fire someone and there was definitely two sides to this story.

Prompt and courteous. The driver was there so quickly and was amazing. I wish I had gotten his name to let you know how great he was.
