When I scheduled for my car to get picked up, they were super sweet understanding very helpful. And then the two young gentlemen that came and got the car we’re also very very polite kind :-) they did great

The driver was friendly, explained things and made sure he knew what was going on with the car before starting, and actually arrived earlier than expected!

Had some excellent service here today on my Jeep. After getting a quote at a Jeep dealership that seemed a little high, these guys were able to complete twice the work for half the cost. (Jeep dealer quoted 2 rotors and associated pads, Expert did all 4 rotors and associated pads with replacements that were a step above OEM). They also pointed out some additional concerns and offered a Good Better Premium pricing for 3 sets of replacement tires. 10/10 would recommend. Plus, where else are you going to see these 2 just hanging out?!

Mike was awesome at communicating with arrival and a delay due to an accident on his way. He also got my car started and recommended some next steps. Over all great experience
