I am new to the Lake Geneva area. I didn’t want to have to bring my car all the way into Milwaukee. So I was so delighted to have such great service. From Mike’s auto repair. They looked at everything, and told me everything that I needed immediately and what to look for in the future. My car is a 2013. I trusted them completely. Lastly, a big surprise was that they washed my filthy car! What a delight! I will definitely be back!
Mike’s Auto Repair is TOP NOTCH! These guys go above and beyond when you’re not even expecting it because it’s just who they are?! I had an end of life, trans blowing experience with my vehicle. No other shop would have been as accommodating as these guys. Pretty rare these days, all my gratitude!! 😘

Mike’s goes over and beyond a 5star rating! They provide excellent, professional customer service from start to finish. The staff are personable, caring and above all very proficient and knowledgeable in auto care and explain the service needed and provided every step of the way! Myself and my mom have used their services for several years and they have always provided top quality, trusted service! An honest, ethical and reputable service which can be hard to find these days!

Excellent customer service!! Especially to Josh & Andy! The whole team is amazing at Mike’s Auto Repair. I have brought my vehicles to them the past 5/6 years and have never had a bad experience. The team is dependable, honest, and pricing is comparable in the area.
