This service department is so incredibly shady. They charged us $156 for literally nothing, because they work every way they can to find problems that aren't covered under a very expensive warranty we purchased when we bought our truck. We were verbally promised this would cover all the issues we have subsequently experienced. When push comes to shove, and every time we have brought it in for an issue, they suddenly no longer cover it- AND charge us just for finding the problem they no longer will cover. Total scam.
