They kept me informed all the way through and even squeezed me in! The customer service was beyond great and prices were reasonable and gave me honest advice and great options depending on my needs! Will 100% be back!

I want to express my gratitude for the work and effort this place put into my car. I am a college student who hasn’t dealt much with auto repairs, and was really nervous about the costs of repairing my breaks, rotors, and possible calipers. Walking into Five Star I was greeted by the owner Fabian and expressed my concerns about my vehicle. He was able to figure out what needed to be accomplished and was totally transparent with me about possible pricing, so we worked out what was going to get done and they were able to get me in right away. I only have high praises for this place, Fabian and his son Rodger were extremely understanding and kind. If you have issues with your car you have to go Five Star Lopez.

Best customer service you could possibly ask for. The owner and his son exemplify not only what it takes to run a good business but also what it means to live the American dream and care for a stranger as they would a close friend. Fabio (the father) gave me a ride to my place to grab something I forgot after I had been dropped off. They even squeezed me in for rear tires to be replaced before they closed on a Friday after being swamped which allowed me to go to my best friends wedding. I could not be more thankful. The service received rivals the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m fortunate to have found them and I hope you make the smart decision to entrust them with your vehicle.
