Called 2 days ago and I asked when would be best for them to do to set up diagnostic test, they stated (Saturday) today. Drove there 30 minutes away and turned out they said they were too busy. That’s too bad… don’t do that to a customer especially when they give them an opportunity to pick a date that works for them, not client.
