I've had excellent experience with Feros Auto and highly recommend.

My dad and I have taken our vehicles here multiple times. I love that they're honest with you. As a woman I've been to plenty of shops that talk down to me and try to take advantage of me because they feel that they can get away with it. I have never once felt that way here. I had taken my car into to get checked recently because I thought I had heard something and wanted to be safe. I dropped it off right away in the morning and was surprised when they called me about an hour or two later letting me know they had more than one person look at it and they couldn't find anything and explained reasons why that sound could have been happening. Like I said, they're honest. The prices are very fair too. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere that does a through job and make sure things are done right without trying to swindle you.

I called in the morning and got in that afternoon which I very much appreciated. I wanted them to diagnose a concern I had. Though they did not find anything wrong with my vehicle I was thankful they could get me in same day and they also did not charge me.

Our Jeep broke down about 6 miles south of town. Our insurance company said they couldnt send one of their approved tow trucks for 24hrs. We called Fero's and their driver was there within 25 minutes, towed us to the mechanic and then dropped us off at home. The price was absolutely fair. Thank you Fero's for being able to help us so quickly!

My partner was in a car accident so I rushed to the scene and ended up talking with the tow truck driver about where we can have the car towed to. We originally wanted it towed to the apartment but he warned us, saying it would cost us to tow there and it would also cost us to tow it to the shop a little way past Kwik Trip. However, he mentioned that towing it back to Fero’s would be free of charge. I specifically asked to make sure. I said, “so it will cost us to have it towed to the apartment but you taking it back with you right now is free?” And he confirmed it is free. When we went to pay the storage fee, they charged us $195 for the tow. When we explained that he told us it would be free, they said “it’s never free, we would never say that, nobody working here would say that”. The ONLY REASON we chose to have them tow it to Fero’s is because they said it was a free tow but only to Fero’s. This was a straight lie. Further, we were unable to move the car for 5 days and it’s 50 dollars a day to store at Fero’s, even on the weekend when they are closed. We were told by one of the employees that we could “work something out” regarding the storage fee and then again, pretended they didn’t say anything of the sort. This place is only looking to get as much money from you as they can. Go anywhere else.
