I had the ultimate experience purchasing my Toyota Venza. Cole was upfront about my trade-in value and got me the best deal he could. Better yet, he had all the paperwork done so when it came time to sign on the dotted line, it went super fast. I believe I was in and out in less than an hour! After my purchase, Nick went through all the bells and whistles in my Venza, which was very helpful and much appreciated. He logged me in on my phone , connected my device and gave me a short tutorial saving me lots of time. With the professional and timely service, I have to say “Thank you Toyota” for keeping customer service as a top priority!

Came in for a screw in my tire, to be plugged. Was close for my maintenance so they did oil change and tire rotation also. Took 30 minutes, very fast for a Saturday and no charge. Thank You!

I showed up at the time of my appointment. Keith, in the service department, said there was no record of my appointment. He apologized for the mixup and said he would fit me in and get the job done which he did. The shuttle driver was on time and very courteous. Great job done by all.

They started the process with me over the phone because I didn’t want to haul my kids there and wait with young kids. Through the whole process they were transparent and honest. It took a team of people and I am so thankful for them. They got me a better rate then another place and way better payment. They have a friendly environment and little kid area which was nice when it came to signing my papers. Overall happy with the purchase of my new vehicle.

Simple recall work done. Dropped off my car in the eve to be picked up next day during the lunch hour. Just for that I received 5-6 texts, a few phone calls- including one way early in the morning. I was asked the same questions and I had to tell them when I wanted , and what had previously been agreed to, several times. Very annoying. I hope the work done surpasses the communication. They were all very friendly, and I am hoping the work has been done well, but they just WAY overdid it with the calls and texts! I was hoping for easy in/ easy out. I wonder how many more messages I will continue to get…. Please take me off of your list. Thank you.

Purchasing your first car can be daunting. When browsing initially across other dealerships, I felt pressure and a bit of stress as the honesty & no pressure factors were not met. However, at Russ Darrow I had the complete opposite experience. Working with Ashton was needless to say comfortable and exciting experience. Not only did he speak honestly and walked me through my questions, he was kind, did not pressure me, and made the car shopping experience what it should be…exciting!! If he did not know an answer to one of my questions he would ask a team member. Throughout the entirety of my experience with Russ Darrow, it truly showed the value of working together and putting customer service at the forefront of their work. Each individual I met provided me with the least amount of stress during this experience. Coming from a family where most vehicles have been purchased from one dealership, buying from a different one was something I was unsure of however, I am SO grateful I went with Russ Darrow and will continue to time and time again!!!

The oil change was fine. Not happy that they don’t have the car wash available, but they could at least spray off the salt - part of the extended service I paid for (free car washes)… Got in my car and the smell of gasoline, likely from the tech, was so strong I had to drive with the windows open for at least 5 miles and it was 32° out. Not AT ALL happy about that. I know my car wasn’t perfectly clean but no use of anything to protect the interior either.
