We are from Tennessee and needed a oil change and tire rotation. We called on Tuesday about 4 PM and asked if they had a opening on Wednesday. They gave a time. We arrived 45 min early and within 45 minutes the service advisor told us that the car was done. All this after another Toyota dealership in Sheboygan said that the first opening they had was 2 weeks out, even though they were told that we were passing through. Not only were they not helpful, they were rude. Russ Darrow Toyota service department is far and away the best and most efficient we have ever encountered. Thank you very much

My vehicle was in and out of the shop very quickly. This shop is very service oriented. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment, they started work quickly after I arrived, and they even added a recall to the work order. I’m very satisfied with this dealership and highly recommend it.
