Danielle was great - attentive, responsive and efficient. The service call started right at the scheduled time and I was out in little more than an hour with everything done. The only negative is the complementary car wash is gone! That was always the cherry on top, but no more.

Very friendly people who go out of their way, to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Initial response was a friendly, personable video greeting of my sales rep Hans. I was also greeted warmly from a sales manager and finance manager, who aided Hans in answering my multitude of questions, since I live out of state (600 miles away). They made me comfortable enough to go ahead with the vehicle purchase, and were more than accommodating as I tried to get my online contract completed during a very busy work day. Extremely happy with my dealing with Russ Darrow Nissan, and will look to them first, for my next purchase.

Drove 4 hours to buy a used car that was supposed to be passed inspection with nothing wrong. When I got there to find the engine was showing oil seepage as well as small imperfections in the body condition. The sales man that I confronted about those issues, Brandon was a very nice sales man but the managers John and Dave seems to be a bit more on the rude side as once Brandon mentioned my concerns they still had an attitude with what the flaws I pointed out and wanted to raise the car price if they had to fix the engine seepage. I had bought the car that night and the next day found more issues with the rear tires and brake pads at low life left, and all 4 brakes rotors being warped. The sales manager has yet to contact me back after I called him to address the issues with the vehicle they sold. John did not contact me back on the issues addressed with the vehicle even though he swore he will call me back that evening to address everything properly. This shows poor management skills and makes we feel like Russ Darrow Nissan really shows their professional side once a sale is made. Point to note for anyone looking to buy from this dealership get your own inspection as they will mark things as Pass just to sell you a car off their sales floor, and the managers and not true to their words so your better off not trusting them. I'm still waiting for that call it's been 2 weeks now, thanks John your very professional 👍 😒.

Friendly staff. Great waiting area, especially with kids. Lots of snacks and drinks. Thank you for this! Very clean overall. Bathrooms were also clean. I went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Costs about $110. They wash your car after the service too. I highly recommend going here versus quick oil change places. It took about an hour for the service.
