Ethan S. At Russ Darrow in West Bend was very personable and knowledgeable about the car that we had called about. I would recommend you go on weekdays because it was pretty busy on Saturday and it was the end of the month. Had to wait quite a while to talk to the finance woman.

Loved my experience buying a new car at Russ Darrow Kia! My salesperson was awesome, very knowledgeable and catered to the features that I was looking for and was not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth buying experience with a talented staff.

Professional. Informs me of wait time, if longer than originally stated. Paperwork is always an order so they don’t have to Search for paperwork. Leaves Reminders on my phone that I need maintenance work done which I really appreciate. Very friendly, unlike the rest across the street.

The only issue I had was when I originally booked the first time, and whoever I spoke with, failed to do their job by scheduling me properly. I had a hunch to call and confirm my appt for an oil change, and turns out they never scheduled me after all. Luckily they were able to get me in that day but the appt was pushed an hour later. The service was awesome and quick when we arrived but it sucked having to reschedule granted I live an hour away.
