Own a BMW and I always take my car to precision to get cosmetic work done if needed. Hands down they’re the best and every time. They never jeopardize quality. Once again, perfect.
Owner is a good guy.
They did a good job but took longer than what they told me. After telling me it will be "done next week" three times, I finally got my car back. When I picked up the car I was furious yet they didn't even acknowledge their lies nor apologize for not being honest or in top of things to realize they had lied 3x. No I'm not going back.
Had a great experience! The wait time to get in was a little long, but they can’t help that they’re busy. I think that shows how amazing they are. Went above and beyond with the fix. Easy to work with and great customer service.
The people here are amazing! Bob is the sweetest man ever. They fixed our van door at a reasonable price. They were so kind! And the office smells great!
I’ve had the opportunity to work with this shop a couple of times now and each time they have been great. Very professional and courteous.
Bob and his staff are fantastic when it comes to customer service! I needed to bring my Jeep in for a few door dings and a paint touch up. Not only did they get me an appointment right away, but they were able to have it done in two days. They communicated when it was going to take an extra day to fit it in and kept to their word. Everyone is very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend!
