Leaking tire fixed in one and a half hour despite no appointment scheduled. They chauffeur me to and from my workplace while the tire got fixed. Reasonable fees. Best of all, friendly people.

I have a 2012 Mini Cooper coupe. It has not been running well. One Stop was booked through July, but I don't drive Mini daily so I was able to leave her for whenever One Stop had time. They ended up looking at her the same day, had to order a part and she was ready next day. The prices were reasonable, the customer service was great, no BS, no up selling. Mini is running great, I just wish I had taken her to One Stop sooner!
