Olson Tire did a great job, prompt, finished on time and thanks for the car wash. The price for service and tire rotation was 👍. We will continue using Olsen Tire.
Disappointed, I requested two services. However the second service was not completed. Forgot to do my oil change, it was not completed. Also, I was asked if I wanted a car wash. I said yes, however the passenger side of my vehicle was never washed.

May 2, 2024Nancy – I am very sorry our team dropped the ball. I know we changed your original appointment and transferred it to our new schedule pad and inadvertently missed the oil change portion on the transfer. As for the carwash, tragically we lost our regular car detailer about 10 days ago, and as such, we have taken our full-time car wash team member and promoted him to our full-time detailer. That has left us with a part-time youth apprentice doing our car washes for now in the afternoons, and while he tries hard, he is a high school student who sometimes doesn’t focus as completely as we desire. I offer to pick your vehicle up and deliver it back to you with an upgraded service (mini-detail) at n/c to you. Again, my apologies for this substandard service. I promise we will make it right.

Very good service
I had a new emergency issue with my car on a Friday afternoon and had the car towed to Olson's. They looked at it and fixed the issue with the throttle Monday morning despite the shop clearly being very busy. The charges were very reasonable. I was even able to add on an oil change and repair to my nonworking horn they had diagnosed at a prior appointment and had the car ready for me Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I am very grateful.
