Had work done to remove a dent in my car door after someone backed into me. Estimate took no time at all and the work was done in a speedy manner. Editing my original post because after a few days with our car, we noticed a rattling in the door because the plastic runner had broken clips. We called and had a Bergstrom team member confirm this. They said they would order the part and the fix would take no more than 30 minutes when they got the part. It’s been months and they never called to schedule a time to fix it, or explained why there is a delay.
