Great car work and nice staff, but it took a good amount of time to get the car back and most of the time it was hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. While I understand it’s hard to get parts these days and possibly some staffing shortages, it was just a stressful time of not knowing when I was going to get the car back.

I became a customer after I was rear-ended in August 2023. Since, I have had 2 other auto incidences that required Gerber’s attention. The final accident lead to my car being totaled.
