Fragrant, beautiful location.
Not my thing but still fone well. The "distillery" is just a beer/wine bar. Fyi
My only positives was that it’s easy to find, smells wonderful, and is very beautiful. HOWEVER Staff was not the nicest. We waited in line to get in to the shop because it was “overcrowded” and one of the staff was snapping at children and really put a bad taste in our mouth. After visiting the shop with the same product over and over with just a different label slapped on it, we went outside to have a drink, a snack, and to enjoy the views. Food was extremely over priced, the drinks we had were subpar, and the bartender was condescending to my husband. 2 stars because the sights were beautiful and 3 stars taken off for a bad experience from staff.
If you love the smell of lavender, you need to visit this farm. It was beautiful and fragrant. They shop is filled with everything from books to fudge. It is a little pricey but I had no regrets for anything I bought.
Add this to your list of stops on Washington Island. Just follow your nose to get there.
