amazing service, they were ready to help us even with a packed schedule. we dropped the car off in the morning and walked around for a few hours and they called to update us on ordered parts and a quote, car was ready within 4hrs which gave us some time to still drive around sisters bay in the daytime. we were visiting for the weekend and their quick turnaround was greatly appreciated. car ran great for us to enjoy the rest of the weekend! and their quote was fair based on how quick everything was done!

Might be the best repair experience I have ever had. My cars power steering failed while in Sturgeon Bay. I stopped at Kevin's never having done business with him before. He spent his time in the street on a 90° day looking at my vehicle before determining the cam pully broke off. Kept my vehicle on site while parts were ordered and fixed it within days of parts being delivered. His price for repair was 10% of what Audi would have charged me. I had three large Sonny's pizzas delivered to him and his crew for their above and beyond level of service, professionalism and ethical business practices. Customer for Life!!! Jon A.

I brought a used car I had just purchased for a tune-up. Had a small issue that was immediately addressed and fixed. Very happy with the prices and work.

We have been coming to Door County annually for 6 years and fortunately had never had any auto issues until arriving last night for our first winter visit and discovering a screw lodged in one of our tires. I called Kevin’s first thing in the morning and they booked me in the first available walk-in slot. Kevin was very friendly, as was Jane at the desk, and they repaired the tire quickly and at an extremely fair price. I am happy to know Kevin’s is here should we encounter any issues on future visits to Door County!

Once again, during my one week of the year in Door County I had car problems. My ‘check tire’ warning light came on just as I was leaving for a 5-hour drive home. Even though the shop was fully booked, Kevin took the time to check each tire, fill each of them with air, explain what the problem might be and how much it would be to fix it, and reset the warning light. I was able to take off with peace of mind. Aside from being very knowledgeable and thorough, he is incredibly kind.

I don’t usually write things like this but I brought my truck in to Kevin’s to have them replace a steering gearbox, pitman arm, torsion keys, and a balljoint then give the truck an alignment… they brought my truck IN the shop put it ON the lift. I went in the shop while my truck was up and had a conversation with the mechanic who said they would be able to do it no problem, which I figured great! Its basic suspension and they advertise that they do suspension. So then I get a date scheduled to bring my truck in ,and not even a week later they give me a call saying that they can’t do it??! Because of lack of tools??! I really wish to support my local businesses but I feel like anywhere I go around here locally I deal with the same issues of nobody wanting to do the work which is truly frustrating and disappointing to me.
