All my experiences have been very positive. The owner is very honest and sets realistic expectations from the start and backs them up with always delivering to the agreement. I have brought multiple quotes from other auto repair centers and the owner will tell me if he can beat it, match it, or go with them instead. Even when my cars have craped out, the owner is more than happy to look at it the next day without a scheduled appointment. Thank you, Midas Team! *Additional review after February 10th, 2024 appt:* My sister-in-law arrived from Iowa on Feb 9th and needed her car looked at after pulling into our driveway in the evening. I left a VM with the Midas Team that night and received a reply in the early am asking me to bring it in. The Midas Team was able to set time aside from their busy day to review, diagnose, and fix the issue before noon. We went here to take my dad car to get it fix, from the start, the front desk, I am not sure if he was the owner, he was super rude to us. He had a problem with my dad, saying he doesn’t understand his “English” he was very rude about it. I was there to Tranlate for him and he was giving us attitude the whole time. He seem racist and very unprofessional to treat a customer like that. The car was left there for them to fix it for over a weeks, and when we went there to pick it up, we was told nothing was done and he told us he wasn’t going to fix it because of the “ difficult communication”. Updated: I went into another car shop. The other place was only charging me $472, and Midas was trying to charge me over $3k.

Very friendly and professional staff; they were honest and (unlike some mechanics I've gone to in the past) did not try to invent things to charge me for. I'll definitely be going back in the future!
