A bit delayed in writing this review, but I cannot thank Lynch enough! I had an unfortunate run in with a raccoon that caused a bit of damage and Tim got me in the next day and I had my car back within a week - even with additional repairs needing to be made. Tim was very helpful throughout the repair and made sure I knew what was going on.

Great experience getting help making decisions about repairs for my father’s car, and then completing those repairs in a timely fashion and with great results. Other shops had long waits to get an estimate but Mr Lynch worked us in. We enjoyed chatting with him and we appreciate the good work for a fair price. Thank you!

TLDR: Lynch Auto Body has premier customer service and an excellent team of mechanics. Mr. Lynch and his team will go above and beyond for you, and they treat you like family. I took in my Rav 4 after someone rear ended my left side bumper. Mr. Lynch was quite kind and assured me he and his team would get my bumper looking brand new. He and his team took care of the communication between themselves and the other party's insurance after I spoke with an adjuster and let them know that I was working with Lynch's. After an estimate was agreed upon, I took in my car. Within a week, the car was ready. Mr. Lynch guided me through everything that they had done for my car. As well, he told me that he was able to get the insurance company to cover purchasing a new steel reinforcement bar for my bumper after he discovered the most minuscule damage to it after the collision. This was definitely much appreciated as he also informed me of how the structural integrity of the bar was compromised to due significant rusting. All-in-all, Lynch Auto Body Inc is a great place to go if you need some repairs for your car after an accident. He has an excellent team of mechanics, and his quality of customer service and relationship building genuinely made me feel like I was family.

After reading the reviews I felt like I found the right body shop to repair my car but after a phone call, I quickly decided against it. My questions were met with attitude and they hung up without saying a word. To whomever answered my call (not Tim), learn basic manners.

Lynch auto body is the best in Dane County! They will get you in fast and they do the work RIGHT! They have the most experienced staff I have ever dealt with! I will definitely be using them again in the future if I ever need body work! All the bumpers and body panels line up perfectly!

I had great service from day one. Tim Lynch, the owner was the first person I talked to. He was friendly and very helpful with all my questions. My SUV had both body and engine damage, after hitting a deer. It looks fabulous now and runs with no problems. I’m very pleased with the work and service at Lynch Auto Body. I highly recommend them.

I hit a deer back in September and brought my car to be fixed at Lynch! Mr. Lynch was super helpful kept me updated in regards to where things were at with insurance as well as the progress of my vehicle repairs including parts delays! He made sure to provide everything to my insurance was understanding of the situation knowing I didn’t have rental on my policy he was gracious enough to give me my car back while we were waiting on a few minor parts! He was beyond helpful and gracious throughout the entire process! I took my vehicle to his shop because I knew he would do a complete and thorough job and I trusted his abilities!
