Cannot speak highly enough about this business. I was told by another service place that I needed new brakes. Upon inspection brakes were fine! How incredibly honest! Oil change & everything else done super quickly. Just brilliant!

Customer service here is EXCELLENT. I needed a lot of work done on my car and there were some delays getting a part so they gave me a discount because I had to wait at the shop so long. They kept me updated all day so I knew exactly what was going on. They also explained everything that they were doing and how much it would cost and how to save money. Tim went above and beyond working on my 2008 Toyota Corolla today!

Went in this morning to get my tire pressure checked out. Called and was greeted very kindly by a male associate, didn’t catch his name. Upon arrival the male associate was friendly and then Sara came to assist. Coming from the West Coast (CA) she was explaining to me about the change in tire pressure that goes along with the change of weather out here. She was very kind. It was early when I showed up so it was nice to have this positive interaction with the employees. Customer service A+

This Jiffy Lube is amazing! From the time I pulled up, to the time I checked out. I was greeted at my car by a kind gentleman that goes by Tim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing and suggesting for my van. He even caught that the former place I was going to was putting the wrong oil in my van which was causing some issues. Tim and the team was very thorough, informative and patient. At the same time got us out at a decent time. I see why they have so many repeat customers...I'll definitely be back! Thanks Tim and Team!

I've come here three times now (twice for an oil change and once to replace my brakes) and I will not go anywhere else! Tim is the best. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and gives the why behind his recommendation and I feel confident in the recommendations he gives. I got a quote for a battery replacement but ultimately decided to come here because I trusted them more since the battery in my car is in a hard to reach spot.

Very clean location with a spotless waiting hour. It took about an hour because it was a busy morning. It was nice to have the waiting area since we had to get out of our car, unlike our nearby St. Louis location.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie. I called in the morning to see if they had the right oil and filter for my Audi, and Sara was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me when I arrived, but he was also very friendly and welcoming. After greeting me and taking down my vehicle's information, he gave me a fair, upfront price quote. He then walked me to the waiting area and even held the door for me on the way in. You don't see that very often nowadays! He pointed out the restroom, the fridge with complementary water, the coffee station, and the area where I could wait while my oil change was being completed. The area was clean and comfortable and had a TV to watch while waiting. Once my oil change was completed, Sara took great care of me again by making the check out process friendly and efficient. Great customer service and a clean environment are hard to find these days. Kudos to the team at this location for having both! I live in Oregon and was heading up north for the weekend, so this location was on my way, which is why I chose it. I'll go out of my way to visit this location next time. My experience was that great!

Exceptionally professional with a personal touch from every tech and member I talked to. I arrived early so I was in and out very quickly. Was given quotes and advice on any upgrades to my oil change. Even with the old beater I currently have, it was low pressure and very down to earth to talk to them all. I found my new service center!
