Hello my name is Tyler and it is a privilege and honor to represent and let every one know Jiffy Lube Is The Way When You are Astray. When I first came here my wife had a van and the guy Tim was really respectful and knew what we was talking about considering the oil and tire change and it was a easy in and out quick job. now that II have my own car Jiffy Lube is the Group. Something kept hanging from the bottom of the car twice and the fixed it for free I can't remember her name but the lady was nice. Then yesterday my windshield wiper broke and my guy Marcus helped me with a new one free of charge. Now I'm here again because both of my windshield wipers broke and bothB ronson and Jared are helping me and are great helpful and want to help people can't say how much I love this place but I guess the more I come back and give reviews just shows enough.😝🤟😝🤟🤟🤟

The front desk man Marcus KNOWS WHAT HES DOING! Best customer service I've ever had from a shop as well as Joe, the mechanic worked so fast and efficiently I was in and out in no time! If you need ANYTHING done for you vehicle regardless the problem, weather, or vehicle. These are your guys! 10/10 recommended!

This is my second oil change and same, friendly, professional person greeted me after I pulled in, she took all my information and got me in right away. The tech noted any possible issues he found with my vehicle which is nice to know they are checking, not just getting me in and out as fast as possible. Definitely will be returning here whenever I need oil changes!

These guys are so great. I did a pre-purchase inspection for a pre-owned vehicle. They did the checks and explained every single detail that I should know to me. They also provided solutions and related quotes with high transparency. I would say it's one of my best experiences, strongly recommend.

Amazing service today!! I had Bronson as a technician and he helped me out and took less than 10 minutes and he had me on my way out the door. He also took the time to listen to me and chat for a minute. Overall awesome experience and person.

I’ve been using Jiffy Lube in multiple states for a few years. I like this Sun Prairie location; it’s the cleanest and nicest I’ve encountered. Tim explained things in an easy-to-understand way. I’ll be returning for my next oil change and tire rotation!

Fantastic service. Sara was great...knowledgeable, congenial, and efficient. Extras like vacuuming out the vehicle, window cleaning, checking tire pressure along with their thorough inspection while giving a price point equal to other oil change franchises...I'll never go to another location.

Not impressed. Left my vehicle there for an hour because my tire is leaking at the bead. I came back, just for them to tell me that it’s probably just the cold that’s causing me to lose pressure. Every day, my tire drops from 32 psi, to 16 psi. It’s not just the cold. I have to fill it every day. It’s the only tire I have to fill. The rest maintain their pressure. They didn’t even attempt to break the bead and re seal it. Just were lazy, sprayed soap on the outer bead, not the inner bead, and chose to not even attempt to try to repair it. I’m done with poor customer service, and it’s not even worth the argument anymore. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time, and not even attempting to fix the problem. You could have simply broken the bead, wire wheeled the mating surface of the rim, and reinstalled the tire on the rim, and made an attempt. But you couldn’t even do that. Lazy.
