Always a great experience. It blows my mind how night and day different jiffy lube is to a place like Metro Ford. Metro will drag this out, scam you, never call you back, blame you for all the problems in the world. Jiffy? Amazing. Kind. Friendly. Helpful. And reasonable prices. I'll definitely be coming back.

Was quick and great service. Marcus had gotten yelled at by a rude customer who was being checked out before me and not only did he keep his cool and handle the situation, he continued to help me see what work my car needed and politely held the door for me. Excellent knowledge and great customer service, I will be going back again.

These guys are sick nice! After 2 of my oil change appointments were canceled at another oil change place, I stopped by on a desperate whim. Fully expecting to be turned away cuz they closed in a half an hour- they took me in with ZERO attitude, and nothing but kindness! This was the 3rd place I had stopped for an oil change. The other places had a long line or didn’t have the Toyota oil filter. They staff was friendly, and service was quick. I was out in less than 20 min.

I stopped cause I just happened to be in the area and needed an oil change. When I say they went above and beyond. The check in was quick and easy. It was so nice to interact with people who were so pleasant and upbeat. The wait was minimal and Marcus kept me informed each step of the way, explaining all the what's and why's. I will definitely be making this my new place for servicing my car.

After a bad experience a few years ago I always said I would never go to another Jiffy Lube again BUT in wisconsin winters beggars can’t be choosers so after a few years I came back - I AM SO HAPPY and pleased with the service that Marcus and the whole jiffy love team gave me, they were efficient and very friendly and made sure to reassure me that my car was in good hands. I DEFINITELY recommend this location on Spring Street in Sun prairie!!!
