After having one mechanic look at our car that wouldn't start and he not being able figure out why we decided to take it to Conant. From the beginning it was a great experience. They were able to figure out right away what was wrong, they had a loner car for us and fixed our car quickly. The car runs great now! Definitely will recommend and be going back if need be. I appreciated how quickly they ordered tires and installed them although I could have gotten them quite a bit cheaper at another place. I typically get very good service from Conant. I was not happy they wanted me to pay an extra $36 to use my credit card. Should be a cost of doing business. I was a little outraged; felt like "hidden fees". Also they sent me a message 2 days later that I needed an oil change. They should have told me that when I brought in the car and done it then.

We have had a great experience with multiple vehicles at Conant. Kyle and Brandon have been communicative and forthcoming about the work needed to keep our cars running well. The mechanics are capable, professional and have experience working on a wide range of cars and trucks. We even had the pleasure of using one of their courtesy cars when our Nissan Rogue needed work that took a few days. Thanks, everyone!

I would 100% recommend Conant!! Amazing customer service and quick results. My husband and I are new to town and needed a new auto shop to take our cars. Absolutely great first experience with Conant! Their prices were fair and it felt like they actually cared about the customers. I will be bringing my car here again.

I replaced the lower control arms on my 4Runner over the weekend and it definitely needed an alignment. I called at 8am on Monday morning hoping to get an appointment later in the week. To my surprise they told me “if you can get it down here we can try to get it in later today.” I dropped it off at 9 and got a call at 2:30 saying it was done and I could come pick it up. When I got there one of the guys was with another customer explaining that the problem with her car was the MAF sensor and explained what it does and how it works in a language she understood. I was blown away at the level of customer service they provided and the price was fair. When I drove away I was impressed with the entire experience. My 4Runner just turned 200k and I have every intention of taking it to 500k, any job I can’t do myself I’m taking it to Conant. Best automotive experience I have had in 35 years. Real class act, good price and excellent customer service. I’d give them 6 or 7 stars but it only went to 5.
