Horrible dealership. Horrible experience. Would recommend going anywhere but here. Bait snd switch with website to bring us in only having higher priced options vs what we wanted to see. Salesman taking care and of multiple customers at once. Make promises about discounts and giving information that are not true costing us thousands of dollars. Sold us brand new car with scratches on it and after forgetting they were supposed to take care of it still did not resolve the problem. Do not attempt to make things better even when they admit it’s their mistake. Cheap dealership who claims to be all about the customer but only truly cares about its bottom line and will not do anything to negatively impact it.

I scheduled an appointment with shuttle transportation online and it was so easy! I got quotes before any work was done and they consulted my extended warranty as well. Communication was through text and phone call, fast, and everyone was so kind to work with! Thanks John W!

The tech I was working with was very friendly, the work was done in less time than quoted, they gave me clear details about diagnostics of my vehicle (which I appreciate extra since I bought this car used and this is my first service since buying), my tech was transparent throughout the whole visit about what my vehicle needs done/when, and regarding cost. Scheduling my appointment online was also very user-friendly, including easily rescheduling my appointment.

Hey, ladies -- this one's for you! I am a single woman, slightly older than middle age. My two least favorite things to do are trying on lingerie and shopping for cars. We've all been there. You pull up at a dealership and suddenly MANY men are immediately drawn to you, whereas before, you were practically invisible. It's intimidating and feels predatory. And I LOATHE doing it! However, I was the unfortunate victim of a hit and run, my car totaled. I had no choice but to buy another car and take on new car payments (insert the f-word here). I am here to tell you that I had the most amazing experience working with Devin at Bergstrom Chevrolet. I went in with my walls completely up, ready for a hard sell and the pressure to buy high by commission-grabbing salesmen. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! Devin was anything but your typical car salesguy. First off, he is not paid commission. He earns a salary, which changes the game completely. It shifts the momentum from him trying to benefit from our interaction to him working hard to help me find the car that is right for me. And that is exactly what Devin did. He spent nearly half a day researching cars for me -- new and used. We pondered new vs. used vs. leasing. He crunched all the numbers, searched inventories at other dealerships and came up with the perfect solution for me. He actually found me a USED car that had ONLY 5K miles on it. A rare find! The car was in Appleton and he arranged to have it driven down to Madison so that I could take it for a test drive. I loved it and I bought it. Devin went the extra mile and drove my new car behind me to the east side of Madison so I could return my rental car. A salesguy on commission would not have been so patient and helpful to me -- especially if other potential clients had walked into the dealership during our transaction. Other commissioned salespeople would have tried to rush me through the sale so that they could move on to the next one. Devin is a rare GEM of a car "sales adviser," which is how he described himself. If you are in the market for a car, don't waste your time at any other dealership than Bergstrom on Applegate Road. I certainly did -- and that's two days of my life I will never get back. Go straight to Bergstrom Chevrolet and ask to see Devin. You will thank me later!

I traveled up to WI from Georgia to visit family and our Chevy Volt broke down several times along the way. Upon making it to Madison, my husband called the local dealer and requested an appointment to check out the car.
