Jon was great and explained my invoice in detail. Some things were incorrectly invoiced and he made sure I was paying only for my requested services. I really appreciated his honesty throughout the process.

The service team at Bergstrom is great. I've always been very pleased with their work. GM, though, is another story. Within a few months of buying my 2021 Bolt, we were notified that our battery could melt or burn. Since then, we were told to never park it indoors for a while, Then, we keep getting update after update to the software. We'd get a new battery and a restarted battery warranty, GM said. Now, after nearly three years, the 'final' fix is software that will keep limiting my car to 80% for another several months. This is a problem of materials and workmanship...I bought 100% of my car and haven't been able to use it entirely...and GM is just going to walk away from the problem after some software fixes? Garbage solution if you ask me. EVs are an important part of reducing our use of fossil fuels. But don't let GM sell you one.

Usually it isn't a fun time shopping for vehicles. But I had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Madison. Especially from my Sales Advisor Devin, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made it super easy and clear on what I was getting and it was effortless. Definitely would recommend it!

My first visit, I was charged nearly $300 for an oil change in my Corvette. I was unimpressed, but gave them another chance. John made sure the car repair was taken care of and called me daily to provide updates on my vehicle's status, which I appreciated. It also had the exact same mileage as when I dropped it off. They really turned it around!

Jacob and his manager are amazing! I just bought a new 2024 Chevy Trax expecting my interest rate to be 13.8% through our credit union. Since I had $$ to put down they were able to find me a new lender that gave me 7.14%. It was an awesome surprise. They are so nice and friendly at Bergstrom! Jacob was great at explaining everything to me too. I would definitely buy from/recommend Bergstrom using Jacob! Thank you guys so much for all you did!

Was treated with true Customer Service. I was met on time and was explained of what appt. involved. Due to a 2 day repair, a loaner vehicle was assigned, which I was impressed with. Bergstrom kept in contact with me as far as progress and John called me when it was finished. I need to come back for a replacement part and some additional upgrades. I highly recommend Bergstrom and to deal with John as he was knowledgeable and over the top with outstanding customer service. It was nice to work with just one representative who kept me in the loop. Thank you!

I had an phenomenal experience with purchasing a new 2021 Chevrolet Malibu with the salesman Peter. He made the experience worthwhile and laid down all the options for me to feel comfortable with my decision. I will now be a reoccurring customer because of Peter’s excellent salesmanship skills. This will be the beginning of a business relationship between me and bergstrom.

They took my truck in after a deer hit and said they could get it done quickly. They did it quickly but after I got home I noticed bolts missing, hose clamps not secure, TCM was not secure, coolant was low and wiring was not secure. I took it back so they could make it right. After picking it up again it was still not right. Washer fluid tank loose, wiring was pulled very tight and not secure. I thought it was supposed to be GM Certified like when it leaves the factory. They didn't try to make it right so I would not recommend this body shop! Focused on fast work not quality work! Thanks for replying Bergstrom, but my truck still isn't fixed so who takes responsibility for that?
