So glad that after the tire rotation, they discovered that there was quite an out of line the right front and the rear back tires showed so I gave them the go ahead to do an alignment. Hope all goes well now. We had leased Equinoxes 3 times but decided to keep this one as only had I think under 24000 miles on it in 3 yrs and could not get a good deal to trade in on another lease. Have dealt with Brenengens all the time they were in Sparta and now it's Morris's. Hope the good service continues.

Paid for an hour diagnostic. But didn’t get an hours worth. After less than an hour was told they still don’t know what’s wrong after scan tool for programming didn’t work. I will note that I was a technician for over 20 years so I’m not blind to what happens. I feel like the service writer wasn’t upfront about what was going to be needed until after they pulled my car back. It’s a dealership, they should be familiar with these cars and their common problems. Being honest and upfront will provide trust and they failed miserably. Trying to get people a few hundred dollars into the diagnostic so they don’t walk away when the repair quote comes back for nearly $1,000. I got virtually nothing for $152 bucks including $18 bucks for “shop supplies”. Their part restocking fee is a joke too- 30%.

Great service-fast and efficient-- 6/23/22-again, great service and they were able to troubleshoot a recurring concern/problem. 9/9 Again, really good service. Staff is very engaging and pleasant. 12/28 Consistently good service in the service department! 3/27/24 Good service, fast and seemingly efficient.
