I was hearing a noise come from my car so i set up an inspection. My vehicle is still under warranty so I was quoted a price by that. When going to pick up my vehicle there was a woman who checked me out, and she said her bill was different than what i was told. She then talked with a manager and they both agreed on the price that had been quoted to me. About 2 hours after I had left Morrie's, she called and left a very rude voicemail. When i called back she said the price was wrong and I needed to come pay the balance due in full. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were out for the day but she would give a message. I haven't gotten a call back yet about this situation. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and belittling to me , and i do not know if i will go get work done at this location again.

I went in for a oil change like I always do and got a filter changed nothing wrong with my car before I went after I left check engine light was on shifting hard now have to go back in so they can fix the issue

Kyle was very understanding with me. I had issues with a company to pay for the repairs. Kyle was the mechanic and he kept me informed and his customer service was top notch!!! I definitely recommend Sparta Chevy !!! Great work and my car runs great now!!! Thank you again Kyle you have no idea how much your appreciated!!!

They call us said it was just the battery one of the cells in the battery was dead So he picked the car up Paid over 200 bucks For the battery Took it five minutes down the road to a restaurant Parked it Got back into it And battery saving mode light came on right away I had a little bit back to the garage was not very happy don't they test drive the work after it's done if they would have test-drived it they would have seen that they didn't sign the problem or fix the problem properly so I'm not very happy we pay for a part that they said was the problem and it wasn't the problem or it was only part of the problem and they didn't test drive it I've only had the car for 2 months if that and yes it was a used car bought as is.

Went in for an oil change. While I waited I was sent a link to a video. The video showed the undercarriage of my car and the technician was walking me through the inspection that they do. Wonderful experience. It's like being right there in the bay with the techs and seeing exactly what they see.
