Had my oil changed, tires rotated and my diamond windshield application done. The did an awesome job and the service desk personnel were awesome to work with. I recommend if you need service done go to the dealership and set it up with them and not there corporate program. The corporate program is awful. The dealership service department is awesome to work directly with.

Took our car in to replace the front wheel sensors. The service tech had our car repaired quickly and on the road promptly.

I am new to the area & I called around trying to get my van in for a walk-in oil change. The shop was able to get me in right away. In addition to that every staff member that I spoke to had an outstanding attitude / demeanor.

I had to drop my car off the night before my service and the lady that took my keys was so incredibly rude. That’s why you lose a star. Pick up was great and they did good work on my car so no hard feelings there. But the lady with the long brown hair…. I was not impressed and I hope I don’t have to deal with her again.

Very prompt, courteous service, despite not having bought the vehicle there. Kept me updated on all work being done. Best service I've ever had from an auto repair dealership

They were able to get my vehicle in quickly. When another issue was found, they let me know right away and were able to fix it right away. The service department was great about keeping me informed each step of the process.

I also asked them to look at tail gate lock.they told me I needed some parts. I had them order the parts. When they came in I elected to do the work myself. When I went to do the work I found they had ordered the wrong parts. When I took it back they charged me 30% restocking fee because they had to order the parts. I told them that they ordered the wrong parts and they said it didn't make any difference. They will not get another nickel out of me.

Took my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer in for it's 1st service, everything went great until I noticed the wrong oil on the invoice, called back and was told it was their mistake and to return to the dealership as they would drain the oil and refill with correct oil. Returned to a closed service department, the sales department was still there so told them about what was going on. I wasn't to concerned as it had synthetic oil in it just not the correct weight. The next day I received a voicemail saying the tech used the correct oil and the invoice was incorrect. I called back to ask about warranty and the incorrect invoice and have yet to get a call back. Now being told GM denied the maintenance package on my new vehicle??? Still haven't received a call from service department or General manager that sent the letter regarding the maintenance package. Bottom line I'm in the market for a new truck, now I'm not really sure I want another GM product.

Sorry for the confusion,I was under impression that this had been handled by our contract department and they had reached out to explain everything. I apologize again for the confusion. I will reach out once I figure out how this happened. Sorry again this is not the normal or how we this should have been handled.

Kyle, Jessica, Kathy and Kyle and all the automotive repair workers were so helpful when we needed our truck repaired. We were even given a ride to a restaurant and back while waiting. We would definitely recommend doing business here. They got us in and out super fast and were very pleasant to deal with.

Contacted them to do 2 recalls on my vehicle. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes while the gal checked to see if the parts were available. She told me they had the parts, I said are you sure? She said yes, we have them, so we scheduled an appointment . They are a 30 minute drive for me, I get there and the guy tells me they may not have one of the parts, but they would do the other recall along with a free oil change that I had coming thru GM. I wait over an hour, then I'm told that all they were able to do was the free oil change because they had none of the parts and GM requires them to verify the parts before they can order them. Why wasn't I told this when I called or when I got there? I wasted a total of 2 hours plus gas for an oil change that I only had them do because I was there anyways. The guy told me that they would give me another free oil change later and blamed the miscommunication on their wonderful call center. This cost me 2 hours of lost work time and I have no plans on ever driving 30 minutes to have my oil changed by them. This was just a joke. Why would they schedule an appointment if they don't have the parts?
