The body work was excellent, but when I went to pick up my suv. I had a flat tire and they told me that they do not have nothing to do with that flat tire. When I took the car to a tire shop, it was a big hole in the tire that came from a screw in the shop. Someone at the shop must’ve pulled a screw out. The tire was 2 months old. I will not refer anybody to the shop.

I had a car accident after which I had to have the driver side door, mirror and front side panel replaced and then repainted. They met their estimate and were finished with it in a week. Their service was great. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you MAACO!!!

Work done well. But never called me when starting work. Tried calling after leaving car, for 3 days . No answer after leaving message. Walk in on 4th day, 20 blocks. Then told me paint had to dry. I told them I would wait. They didn't want me to wait, said it would take all day. Work done hour and half later.

9/2/22 car when back to have the "orange peel" problem fixed. the problem areas were repainted. Everything now looks great. I went to Maaco because out of 4 shops I talked with they were the only shop that had two estimators who knew auto body and paint. From conversion with the estimator the shop came across as very competent. Well it was an ok job from 5 feet away. At closer inspection I found 2 areas of 'orange peel' in the paint. Told me to come back in 2 weeks after the paint cured and they would wet sand it. Well that may make it look better but it will remove paint leaving a thin spot. So why can't you get it right the first time? A simple inspection by someone running their hand over the area would have found this.

My car was a damaged mess. They were able to fix my door which had rust, dents & cracks which I am truly grateful for. Replaced front and back pumper and shifted front end back in place from car wreck. & painted. Overall pleased with my ending results. Service is great, everyone’s friendly. Highly recommended

Work was good but things were not perfect! Please read from the bottom up… 3. CONCLUSION- The manager was very prompt in addressing my issue with the stone guard, They were able to correct the guard under the engine and that tightened up the whole front end repair they did- Because things were not perfect I have taken 1 star but returned 1 for their getting my issue with the guard resolved in a timely manor- Thanks MAACO… 2. UPDATE- The shop super called me, I am out of town however, If they resolve quickly my issue, I will give them a new honest review- 1. Original Post The work they did was overpriced but looked okay, they did a couple things wrong, the Stone guard they bolted on the bottom of the hood and bumper was crooked and it gave way breaking apart mid-drive, I called them and they hemmed and hawed as I explained stating they did not put this piece on properly, they put it on crooked and broke way from the force of the bend, Yeah they also forgot my hood ornament and promised to order one… it was not expensive so I purchased and installed it my self , They are a busy shop sometimes at the neglect of the work being completed- FYI

This location was AWESOME! I worked mainly with Nick and he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Excellent customer service and they got my car done quickly and for exactly what they estimated cost wise. They even drove me to the enterprise to pick up my rental car. All around excellent customer service and my car looks good as new. 100% would recommend! Thank you!

I can say multiple things regarding this second BAD experience 😕 with MAACO. which the first time, multiple years ago was not good and just okay in service. I decided to give them a second chance due to needing rust repair work on my 2002 tahoe. And again after mulple attempts the job done was stilll BAD! Giving 1 star due to rust removed! But again you get what you pay for. And now I'm left with additional repairs that were not there when I dripped off my truck😢!!! And after I called back to see if they could install door handle that I purchased. They said "they NO LONGER WORK ON VEHICLES older than 7 years!!!! Please proceed with ⚠️ caution!!!

Great work, I had new bumpers put on front and back. Aswell as new factory fender moldings replaced. Unfortunately the rear bumper i supplied and moldings were incorrect. I still recieved the utmost respect and help in getting the correct parts. Especially after i brought them the wrong ones.. and they still worked swiftly to get our truck back asap.Thanks guys and again great work! Looks good Nick!!

Excellence, integrity, and respect—a trifecta! My front bumper cover was cracked requiring replacement along with a trim piece that came up missing. Maaco Milwaukee did a great job in replacing the bumper cover in fitting it perfectly to the fender and frame. They matched the color perfectly and supplied the missing trim piece. Maaco expedited my repair so that I was in and out with a minimum of down-time. Eminently fair price for exceptional service. I hope I don’t experience another mishap, but if I should, I’m definitely going back. I appreciate being treated with respect and integrity, don’t you? Highest recommendation.
