Many attempts over few days to contact, no answer. Call some other place.

A lady lost control and hit my car on I-43. Milwaukee county had this towing company come out and get our cars. They arrived at the scene very quickly, maybe 30-45 minutes after 911 was called. I had no problems calling Brew City to get more information regarding the tow, costs, and how to retrieve my vehicle. Everybody I interacted with was very pleasant and easy to work with. However, I gotta take one star off for a rookie mistake. The individual who towed my vehicle left the power to the key ignition on and even the hazard lights were left on too, thus completely draining the battery 100% dead. Doing this can damage the battery and reduce its lifespan, and even completely kill it if left discharged long enough from process called Sulfation. Luckily I was able to get my vehicle towed out of there first thing the following morning, so it should be okay. We all know batteries are expensive ($225 for mine, replaced just 6 months prior) and this isn't an extra problem people need to deal with. Please remember to power off the vehicles after you tow them please! Besides that, Brew City did great and they'll take good care of you!

I have no idea who the receptionist is that took my call today (03/11/2024) around 12:55/1:00pm but she is a very condescending and rude individual that doesn’t give a very professional nor pleasant experience. If you’re going to work in customer service where you deal with people who have different experiences and things they need to deal with regarding cars, please learn to handle things with compassion and patience. Telling a customer/client they are being rude and placing blame on you/company thus you’re ending the call is extremely disrespectful and counterproductive. In addition to car troubles I now have to deal with rude employees??? I wish this company does better with talent and just basic process.

Let me tell u....this business saved my night!!! I was stranded on this side of the expressway at 1am n they came to the rescue...not only was they punctual they were also friendly and caring!!! This is my go to for my towing now!!! The staff from the driver to the receptionist was just amazing....just love them!!! Thank you guys again once again!!! 😘😘😘

They have a contract with the sheriff's office on towing cars. Even the milwaukee city lot will release your car to you if you have the title these guys bank on the fact many people are too poor to afford to register their vehicle, pariahs on the community of milwaukee along with the cowardly sheriff's office.

Been here a few times and always been pleased with the results. They have had to come tow me out of two spots, one of which had very little maneuverability and the driver did some clever work to get me out. Fixed us up and sent me out with a smooth running car!

Super friendly and kind tow operator. I feel bad I didn't get his name. Very patient getting our minivan recovered from the snow and embankment. It was on I94 near American Family field on Saturday Jan. 13, 2024 after the large-ish snowfall, and we spun out on a ice/slush patch. He had to wait for Mil. Co. DPW to cut the fence because it popped down as we ran over it, but sprung back up. Milwaukee Co. Picked a good company for the freeway contract.

My coworker and I were traveling for work when our rental car had a tire blowout. We were on the way to the airport and knew no one in the city; the rental company sent this company out and our driver Nick was a God-send; he packed us up and delivered us 2 miles to the airport. Wonderful service and beyond grateful!

Worst tow trucking company experience, after a bad car accident. My car was towed by this company without my consent. I had no clue why this company was called when it’s located in south Milwaukee when I live in Milwaukee, (all city towing) who was supposed to be called but I did not get the chance too make any calls due to the accident. The owner Eric is ridiculously rude that I thought I was speaking to customer service but it was the owner who has a horrible mouth. The “boss” Eric couldn’t answer the phone after hanging up on me but after the 10th called I had talked to the boss like I was the boss which I hope no customer has to do so. Good luck to the people who get into car accidents and want to get their cars out from brew city towing. I hope it isn’t another scene to pick up your car after the scene of how it got there. I was stranded at work with a broken axle. Called other tow services and they told me 2 1/2 hours to get to me. Brew City Towing was there within 30 minutes. Kody went above and beyond. He even made sure I got a loaner car from the dealership before he left. Thank you for everything!!
